This makes it a seamless process for operators to quickly get started in leveraging the enhanced performance that automation provides. Here is an overview of what to expect when deploying our FlexFusion technology package:

Onboarding

Onboarding is what we call the Transfer of Trust. The primary purpose of onboarding is to ensure a smooth and positive experience as you begin your journey with FlexFusion. Your Account Manager will set a preliminary meeting to introduce all internal and external office and field support teams. In the preliminary meeting we will discuss the following:

• Define what success looks like to you.
• Discuss and agree upon technology goals and set expectations for tracking and monitoring performance.
• Review our standard deployment process.
• Gather necessary data and/or inputs from you.

In The Field:

• Enable the technology and provide certified training to our drillers, Rig Managers andWell Site Managers by our in-field experts.
• Capture deployment feedback and generate a health score.

Initial Execution- First 30 days

FlexFusion will be supported by exceptional service and qualified individuals. We will be proactive
in our efforts to provide best in class execution and operational support. We will provide:

• Enhanced performance monitoring by our Drilling Performance team for the first 30 days of execution.
• Remote support teams will be available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have
• Frequent Success checks and feedback loops with field and office stakeholders
• Goals focused review at the completion of the initial execution phase

Perform- After 30 days

After the first 30 days we will continue to provide best in class execution and operational support

• Exception based monitoring and field support.
• Performance reporting based on your feedback and expectations.
• Continued success checks coupled with deployment feedback loops.
• Provide training to new rig crew members that may rotate in.
• Technology development reviews to meet future product needs.
