H&P received the Leadership Giving Award at the 2025 Live United Awards on Feb. 25, 2026, recognizing the company’s commitment to community investment and its model leadership giving program. 

The award honors organizations that establish strong leadership giving programs, defined as annual gifts of $600 or more, often supported by incentives, leadership engagement and internal recognition. H&P was recognized for bringing leadership giving to life through its core value of Service Attitude, a focus on doing their part — and more — for others. 

“Receiving the Leadership Giving Award is a reflection of who our people are at their core,” Stephanie Higgins, vice president, global communications and community relations. “At H&P, Service Attitude isn’t just a value we talk about — it’s something our employees live every day, from learning directly from nonprofit partners about community needs to rolling up their sleeves on Day of Caring. Giving back is something we do together. We’re proud to invest in the Tulsa community and grateful to United Way for this recognition.” 

During a weeklong United Way campaign in September, employees learned from nonprofit partners Tulsa Street School and Domestic Violence Intervention Services about community needs they would later support during Day of Caring. That learning turned into action, with 110 employees volunteering their time to serve the community. 

For the second year in a row, H&P’s executive leadership team matched new payroll deductions, reinforcing a culture of participation and deepening the company’s investment in the community.
