• College degree preferred and previous experience required. 
• Thorough knowledge of VOIP systems
• Good communication skills, which includes oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills in order to perform multiple tasks
• Cisco voice or data certifications a plus
• Ability to travel for remote support and installations required
