Job Title: ERP Business Analyst
Department: Finance / IT
Supervisor: Manager ERP Development & Support
Job Summary: Work as a member of a project team or individually and, under general direction, serves as senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with ERP.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Create and maintain ERP system operational and maintenance procedures.
- Analyzes and document business requirements, procedures and problems to determine the best way(s) to automate the process and validates solutions with end users.
- Trains users and provides application support including but not limited to follow-up visits. Solicits feedback from users.
- Consults with project team and performs root cause analysis on ERP issues.
- Develop solutions to business needs via reporting, development or process improvement
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with an enterprise reporting solution such as the Microsoft BI stack, Cognos or Business Objects.
- 2+ years experience working with ERP software solutions
- Experience using MS SQL Server (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS).
- Minimum 3 years experience performing Dimensional Modeling with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
- Must have experience utilizing multidimensional expressions (MDX) to add calculated members and other dynamically calculated values to the Analysis Services cubes.
- Experience with the full development cycle of BI solutions that leverage the Microsoft technology stack from conception and analysis through development and support.
- 2+ years experience with .NET application development using VB or C# required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact directly with end users required.
